Delivery & Returns
Delivery rates vary according to the product. All goods are delivered directly by post or courier to your door. We do aim for next day delivery, but please do allow between 2 to 4 working days for delivery.
Please be aware that at the point of delivery the Customer or an authorized representative must sign for receipt of the goods. Cleanmachines advises all customers that any goods not checked at the point of delivery MUST be signed for as “unchecked” to retain the insurance integrity. Any damage found MUST be noted on the delivery note and delivery refused. Where the damage is noted after delivery, this MUST be notified in writing to Cleanmachines within 24 hours, this can be done by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transit Delays and Non-Delivery
Cleanmachines will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so however arising.
By prior arrangement customers who wish not to incur delivery charges can collect goods from our premises.
Cleanmachines warrants that it will, at its option & in conjunction with the manufacturer, replace or repair products supplied by them in which under proper use defects appear.
This is subject to the claim being made in writing to Cleanmachines within 12 months after dispatch or collection, providing that the products or parts to which the claim relates are returned to Cleanmachines within that period suitably packaged and carriage paid with all associated parts, accessories and literature and, where relevant, in accordance with any particular instructions which Cleanmachines may have notified to the Customer at the date of sale.
Products returned under warranty must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a sales invoice in respect of the products and details of the nature of any claimed defect. Cleanmachines shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in fitting or refitting any products claimed under its warranty.
Cleanmachines will only accept the return of products after giving prior written authority and furthermore will only accept goods returned that are in the same condition and packaging as originally supplied by Cleanmachines and with the support of an original sales invoice. All items correctly supplied by us and then returned as no fault of our own will be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the original purchase price. Damaged goods will only be replaced with like for like stock only.
